• Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & GROUP RESTRICTIONS
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including infants and children. Exceeding this limit may breach park rules and insurance conditions. In the event of a breach, the owner may take appropriate action, including requiring guests to leave, in accordance with park rules and applicable law. Any refund will be considered in accordance with the agreement and the law.
• The accommodation is intended for peaceful holiday stays. Stag and hen parties and large social gatherings are not accepted. All bookings are subject to Haven Park rules.

• A refundable security deposit of £100 is required before arrival.
• The deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days after check-out, where practicable, following an inspection. If a deduction is necessary, the owner will explain the reason and amount and provide supporting information on request.
• The lead guest may be responsible for reasonable and proportionate costs of damage, breakages or missing equipment caused by the party during the stay. Accidental damage must be reported to the owner promptly. Fair wear and tear is not damage.

5. NO-SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY POLICY
• Smoking and vaping, including e-cigarettes and vapourisers, are prohibited throughout the caravan.
• If this rule is breached, the owner may claim reasonable and evidenced additional cleaning, odour-removal or repair costs. Deductions from the deposit are not automatic and must reflect actual costs.

• Commercial EV charging stations are available within the park near the main reception. If unauthorised charging takes place, the owner may claim reasonable and evidenced costs for additional electricity use or damage. The entire security deposit will not be automatically forfeited.
7. SMART TV APPS & DIGITAL ACCOUNTS
• Guests may use the Smart TV applications provided. Guests must log out of their personal streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+, before departure.
