Is bed linen and towels included in the price?

Yes, absolutely! Unlike many private rentals at Rockley Park, we fully provide fresh bed linen, made-up beds for your arrival, and fluffy bath towels for all registered guests at no extra cost. Please note: Beach and pool towels are not provided, so please bring your own.

How do we get the keys and check-in information?

A: We use a secure key lockbox located directly at the caravan. Your unique entry code, along with a comprehensive check-in guide and the exact location of Sunflower Cottage within the park, will be sent to you via Booking.com exactly one day before your arrival

Can we check-in early or check-out late?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs or early arrivals are strictly and exclusively permitted only by prior written agreement with the owner. Unauthorised late check-outs delay our professional cleaning staff and will incur a £50 per hour fee.

Can we park more than one vehicle next to the caravan?

There is a dedicated private parking space for one vehicle directly adjacent to Sunflower Cottage. If you are travelling with a second car, it must be parked in the main holiday park car park (located near the main reception area), which is free of charge. Blocking park access roads is strictly forbidden.

Are Haven Play Passes included, and do I need them?

No, passes are not included in our caravan hire price. You only need them if you wish to use the park’s
internal facilities, such as the indoor/outdoor swimming pools and the evening entertainment hubs. You do not
need passes to access the beach, our caravan, the on-site supermarkets, or public restaurants like the Mash &
Barrel. Passes can be purchased at the main park reception upon arrival.

Is there Wi-Fi in the caravan, and can we watch Netflix?

Yes! We provide our own dedicated, high-speed private Wi-Fi inside Sunflower Cottage (completely separate from the shared park Wi-Fi). The Smart TV is fully connected to the internet, allowing you to access Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Please remember to log out of your personal streaming accounts before departure.

Can we order food delivery directly to the caravan?

Yes! The on-site Papa John’s Pizza delivers directly to the caravan door. Additionally, local takeaway restaurants in Poole (including Chinese and Indian) are familiar with Rockley Park and can deliver on-site. Please provide the delivery driver with our specific park area name (Lytchett Bay View) when ordering.

Can we charge our Electric Vehicle (EV) at the caravan?

No. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles from the caravan’s domestic sockets is strictly prohibited due to severe fire and electrical overloading hazards. Dedicated commercial EV charging points are available in the car park opposite the main Rockley Park reception area.

Do you provide a travel cot and highchair?

Yes, we can provide a travel cot and a highchair completely free of charge. However, these must be
requested beforehand so our team can prepare them for your stay. Please note: You will need to bring your
own bedding/linen for the travel cot due to hygiene regulations.

Is the caravan warm enough for off-season autumn/winter bookings?

Yes, Sunflower Cottage is fully equipped with modern, domestic-grade double glazing and a full gas
central heating system with radiators throughout. There is also an ambient electric fireplace in the living room
for extra comfort.

What are the rules regarding dogs?

We are proudly pet-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (prior notice required). To keep our
holiday home pristine, dogs are strictly forbidden from entering the bedrooms or climbing onto the sofas.
They must never be left unattended in the caravan unless secure in a crate, and owners must clean up pet
waste immediately.

Can we host a party or a group event?

No. Rockley Park is a family-oriented holiday park. We strictly do not allow stag parties, hen parties, large
non-family group bookings, or events. Absolute quiet hours across the park must be respected between 11:00
PM and 7:00 AM.
